Returns & Refunds
inzosport.com is confident that your new purchase will meet and exceed your expectations. However, if you change your mind you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of your delivery date. The item must be unused and condition as new. Returned goods should be sent at your cost.
When returning an item by post, please obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office which may be requested by us in the event that your return doesn't arrive. Please note that these certificates are provided free of charge. On receipt of your returned item, and providing the above conditions are satisfied, we will process a refund to your payment method within 7 business days.

Faulty Goods
If any product arrives damaged we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund if preferred. Please contact us within 30 days of your delivery date detailing the problem.
